Problem
Clients needed email campaigns turned around quickly, but the existing process lacked efficiency. Designers were creating assets from scratch for each request, slowing production and limiting consistency across campaigns. Additionally, clients offered different types of goods, requiring a variety of layout solutions to fit their unique needs.
Solution
To address this, I created a series of modular email templates organized by common product types and campaign goals. The library included ready-to-use layouts for welcome emails, product and page browse abandonment, and cart abandonment messages. This streamlined workflow for designers and gave clients a wide selection of polished, flexible options, enabling faster turnarounds without sacrificing creativity or quality.
