Hat Club is the market leading headwear specialty retailer in the world. With over 1M social media followers and a deeply connected community. They were a new Listrak client and requested a creative refresh. My goal with creating their marketing emails and website content was to lean heavily into their eye-catching bold typeface and a urban contemporary aesthetic in their brand/identity.

They received GXP Email Solutions including, Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Alert Suite, Post Purchase, and Transactional messages, as well as Website Content and Preference Center
